He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Heizer and Ina Heizer (Peyton); his wife Peggy A. Heizer; and his siblings, Virginia Cornett and Everett Heizer.
He is survived by: his children, Esley, Jr. Heizer (Amanda), Amy Heizer (Roy Ginter) and Adam Heizer; his brother Larry Heizer; his grandchildren, Seth Heizer (Rashawna), Kayla Lindsey (Nathen), A. J. Heizer, Kiera Lay, James Combs and Michael Heizer; and his great grandchildren, Everleigh, Ryder and Raylynn.
