He was predeceased by: his daughter Rebekah Joanne; his parents, Dan Hall and Nellie Hall; his siblings, Herman Hall, Henry Hall, Rebecca Ann Hall, Vivian Pratt, Ernestine Fields, Sarah Williams and Anita Hall; and his close friend Bob Pearson.
He is survived by: his wife Pamela "Pam"; his sons, Jonathan Marcus Hall (William Hendel) and Joseph Hall (Heather); his grandchildren, Marcus Hall (Chloe), Matthew Hall, Madeline Dorsey (Michael), Maggie Hall, Kevin Hall and Malcolm Hall; his siblings, Dorsey Hall (Wilma), Nina Caudill (Butch) and Edith Adams; and his close friends, Kilburn and Elmer Kegley. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
