She was predeceased by: her father Frank Polumbo; her husband Robert T. Hart; and her siblings, Esther, Tony, Bob, Angie, Neil, Agnes and Ruthie.
She is survived by: her mother Jenny Polumbo; her children, Ronald Hart (Kathy) and Melinda Hart; and her grandchildren, Lesley Lage (Nathan), Joseph Hart, Jennifer Vanderveur (Joel) and Ali Sympson. She is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home (820 Miamisburg Centerville Rd, Dayton, OH 45459). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
