He is survived by : his wife Janet Gansheimer Collins; his sons, Stephen Collins (Marlene), Tim Collins and Tom Collins; his grandchildren, Keith Collins (Ashley), Ian Collins (Maria), Joel Collins (Joy), Jackie Hubbard (Curtis) and Lynne Zavodney (Jonathan); and his great grandchildren, Lily Collins, William Collins and Clara Collins.
