He is survived by: his parents, Shawn Howell of Centerville and Deanna Roten-Monbeck of Texas; his stepmother Heather (Bill Thomas); his fiancé Noëlle Kipp of Springboro; his siblings, Holden Howell of Centerville, Skylar Howell of Centerville, Timmy Foister of Middletown, James Foister of Kettering and Cidney Monbeck of Centerville; his stepsiblings, Kaitlyn, Claire and Caroline Thomas; his grandparents, Mary Howell of New Madison, Debi Morningstar of Centerville and Pauline Chambers; and his aunts and uncles, Chad (Barbara Howell), Sherry (Jesse Holsapple), Jim (Katie Morningstar), Andy (Christine Morningstar), Terrie Rodgers, Tom and Joe Roten. He is also survived by aunts and uncles, cousins, and friends.
