She is survived by: her husband George Reazer III; her children, Patricia Little (Alan) and George Reazer IV (Michele); her grandchildren, Christin, Joshua, Matthew, Ashley and Christopher; and her brothers, Donald, Robert and John Sambrook. She is also survived by spouses; and her five great grandchildren.

Memorial donations may be made to Parkinson's Foundation or the Animal Friends Humane Society in Jean's memory.
