He is survived by: his children, Nathan Colvin (Ekaterina) of Louisville, Kentucky, Brittany Campbell of Lebanon and Courtney Colvin of Waynesville, Ohio; his former wife Kathy Colvin of Waynesville, Ohio.; his grandchildren, Ronald, Lillyanna, Gavin, Theodore, Cooper and Samuel; his stepgranddaughter Victoria; and his siblings, Gregory Colvin (Jan), Mark Colvin (Bev), Timothy Colvin (Vanessa), Donna Adams and Jeffrey Colvin (April).
