He is survived by: his children, Debbie McNeal, Tom Shultz (Janet) and Darlene Bonifield (Mike); his granddaughters, Jennifer Lingenfelter (Cole) and Karla McNeal; his children, Andrea Shultz, Rachel Alexander, Michael Shultz (Staci), David Alford (Chas), Jeff Alford (Shyanne), Marie Dickerson (Wyatt), Paul Bonifield (Beau Samples) and Jena Salley (Josh); his great grandchildren, Maren, Mack and Lindy Lingenfelter; and his grandchildren, Elianna Koehler, Ava Shultz, Addison, Avery, Hudson Shultz, Bryson, Caroline Alford, Penelope, Asher and Juniper Alford.
