She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Gauby and Shirley Gauby of Centerville; and her spouse Thomas Raymond Barber. She is survived by: her son Thomas Edward Barber (Zachary Ballard); and her siblings, Jill Robinson (Gauby), Gretchen Ulbricht (Gauby) and Peter Gauby. She is also survived by brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, cousins, nieces, nephews.

A burial was held on Sunday, September 28th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Springboro Cemetery (2348 W Lower Springboro Rd, Springboro, OH 45066). Viewing was held on Sunday, September 28th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. A celebration of life was held on Sunday, September 28th 2025 at the Anderson Funeral Home (40 N Main St, Springboro, OH 45066).
