He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Hobbs and Amanda Victoria "Vicky" Hobbs; and his brother Dr. Robert Clarence "Bobby" Hobbs. He is survived by: his wife Julie Hobbs (Michael); his children, Robert Hobbs, Nicholas Hobbs and Elizabeth Hobbs; and his brother David Hobbs (Teresa). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and many loyal friends.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St Mary of the Assumption Catholic Church (9579 Yankee Rd, Springboro, OH 45066). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
