She is survived by: her husband Mike Evans; her mother Charlene Smith; her children, Michelle Lynne Evans, Melinda Renee Evans, Chad Michael Evans and Melanie Elaine Evans; her grandchildren, Travis, Hannah, Nathan, Michaela, Lindsey, Brandon, Taylor, Austin, Haili and Brooklyn; and her great grandchild Jaxson. She is also survived by three loving sisters, extended family and friends.
