She was predeceased by: her mother Gwendolyn Bergman Elam. She is survived by: her father Donald Elam; her husband Shawn Donald Lashomb; her children, Emma Lashomb and Benjamin Lashomb; and her siblings, David Elam (Carla), Doug Elam (Tracy), Scott Malott (Lisa) and Cindi Blake (Rusty). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and by many close friends.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to SICSA Pet Adoption and Wellness Center in Washington Township, Ohio in her memory.
