She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Kincaid and Bernice Kincaid; and her sister Wanda Lee. She is survived by: her husband Ralph Cook (Skeeter); her children, Derrick Cook (Anna) and Angie Fitts (William); her grandchildren, Stefan Cook (Amberli), Sydney Cook and Jayden Fitts; and her great grandchild Kai Cook.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Anderson Celebration Center (360 Commerce Center Dr, Franklin, OH 45005).
