He is survived by: his husband Scott Adams; his former spouse Father John Perry Spinks of Jamestown; his aunts, Shirley Spinks of Jamestown and Carla Smith of Xenia; and his cousins, Pam Mullins (Barry), Perry McDorman (Stephanie) and Sarah Lovely (Kevon).
