He was predeceased by : his parents, David C. Miller and Virginia Miller (Queen); his wife Donna Sue Miller; and his son Zachary David Miller. He is survived by : his son Daniel James Miller; his sisters, Lauren Loudon (John) and Michelle Miller; his mother-in-law Norma Glosser; and his close friend Todd Kinder.
