She is survived by: her parents, Alica Underwood and Michal Michalik; her siblings, Brixx Michalik and Zofia Michalik; her grandparents, Mathew Heid, Angela Underwood, Anthony Michalik and Peggy Michalik; and her aunts and uncles, Zachary Deal, Rory Heid, Anthony Michalik Jr., Andrew Likins (Christy), Lori Galvan (Jim), Amanda Coats (James) and Janna Baasch (Adam).
