She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Carter and Sarah Carter; her husband Charles M. Law; her brothers, Joseph Carter and Thomas Carter; and her stepson Charles "Mike" Law.
She is survived by: her siblings, Lillie Taylor of West Liberty, Lou Clarkston of Springfield, Carl Carter (Mary) of Springfield, Willard Carter (Conny) of Boone and Francis Carter (Olive) of Mechanicsburg; her sister-in-law Brenda Carter of Flat Rock; and her stepdaughter Beverly Gebhardt (John) of Springfield. She is also survived by many grandchildren & great grandchildren.
