He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Bostic and Jewel Bostic (Hunter); his sisters, Jean Spradlin, Ida Thompson and Sandy Leifheit; his grandson Jeremy Greene; and his daughter-in-law Madonna Bostic.

He is survived by: his wife Nancy Bostic (Brown); and his children, Tim Bostic, Todd Pelfrey (Jen), Robin Looney (Steve) and Cindy White (Mike). He is also survived by five grandchildren; five great grandchildren; one great-great grandson; several sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law and nieces and nephews.
