He is survived by: his wife Heather Stapleton (Setty); his children, Matthew Paul Setty, Joshua Thomas Adkinssetty (Jennifer) and Allison Elizabeth Setty (Hunter Blauvelt); his siblings, Dianna Sheeley, Patti Wipf (Tommy), Bev Butterfield and Karen Davis (Bob); his in-laws, J. D. Napier, Sandy Porter and Don Murtha; his nephew Jason; and his niece Samantha Snipes. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren.
