She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth E. Duffey Sr. and Jesse Wanita Duffey; her husband John D. Rhome; and her siblings, Kenneth E. Duffey Jr. and Leatha May Duffey.
She is survived by: her daughters, Patricia Osborne (Lowell) and Joanie Sparks; her brothers, Robert Duffey (Sherry) and Freddie Duffey (Mary); her grandchildren, David Osborne, Dylan Brenner, Frankie Sparks (Kenzie) and Jessica Sparks; and her great grandchildren, Emma, Jackson, Bradley, Wyatt and Dylan Jr.. She is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces and cousins.
Donations can be sent in lieu of flowers to Jones-Kenney-Zechman Funeral Home to help with costs of arrangements.
