He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert J. Prise and Avis L. La Prise (Wiest); and his brother Larry LaPrise. He is survived by: his wife Susan LaPrise (Ward); his daughter Michelle Temple (Mike); his stepchildren, Paula Althouse, Cynthia Akers (Woody) and Thad Webb; his siblings, Trish Bester (David) and Terry LaPrise (Saundra); and his grandchildren, Joshua, Jessica, Jennifer, Amanda, Kody, Marrissa, Jacob, Jeremiah, Johnathen, Savannah, Ashley, Tim and Cassie. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren and many special friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Littleton & Rue Funeral Home and Crematory (830 N Limestone St, Springfield, OH 45503). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the North Hampton Community Church (110 Community Dr, Springfield, OH 45502).
