She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Bahr and Stella Bahr; her husband Melvin; and her siblings, Robert Bahr, Helen Bahr, Cleo Hardman, Bonnie Barton, Carl Bahr and Don Bahr.
She is survived by: her children, Joyce Newsome (Roger) and Brad Carlson (Tammy); her grandchildren, Melissa Cramer (Rich), Nicholl Peugh, Heather Carlson and Lisa Moss (Josh); her great grandchildren, Carly, Adalyn, Jacob (Christina), John, Christopher and Preston; and her great great grandchildren, Alessio and Adriano.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Schermesser Eberhardt Funeral Home (600 East Turkeyfoot Lake Road, Akron, OH 44319). A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a local charity of choice.
