He is survived by: his girlfriend Marilyn Miller; his children, Tim Perkins (Tati) and Jill Cury (Deron Lee); his grandchildren, Michael (Sara), Dustin, Chelsie (Derek) and Dalton (Brianna); his great grandchildren, Dillon, Colton, Gracie, Charlie, Zoie, Claire, Lola, Lainey, Raelynn and Bridger; and the mother of his children Yvonne Hackley (Fred).
