He was predeceased by: his parents, Troy Couch and Lydia Couch (Lewis); and his son Butch. He is survived by: his children, Brian, Trina, Kathleen and Tina; and his grandchildren, Karen, Donald, Karina, Patty, Mary Jean, Calvin, Harry, Joseph, Sherri, Regina, Nita Jean, Ann and Christopher.
