It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Carl V. Castiglione of Springfield, Ohio, who passed away on January 28, 2026, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Giovanni "John" Castiglione and Mary Ann Castiglione (DeVita); his son Mike; and his brothers-in-law, Jim and Dave.

He is survived by: his wife Janie (Hursh); his children, Mark Castiglione (Vetta), Linda Castiglione and Lisa Eviston; his grandchildren, Kristen (Shawn), Abigail (James), Luke, Rachel (Sagi), Maggie, Claire, Sophie and Josie; and his sisters-in-law, Karen, Patty and Joan (Lynn). He is also survived by several great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Assumption Greek Orthodox Church.
