He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Collins and Edna Collins; and his brother Dennis Collins. He is survived by: his fiancé Sandy Baker; his sons, Evan, Griffin and Maxwell Collins; his niece Kim Collins; his nephew Geoff Collins; his cousin Vicky Dutton; and his close friends, Joe, Vicky Hornberger, Mark Pitstick and Andy.
