We are sad to announce that on April 6, 2024, at the age of 45, Carla Ann Frederick of Springfield, Ohio, born in Xenia, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by : her parents, Roger Frederick and Ruth Frederick (Shinkle); her grandmother Erma Jane Frederick (Daivd Silvers); her children, Breanne Frederick, Alana Hite and Tiana Burns-Frederick; her grandchildren, Layla Scott-Frederick, Ivory Scott-Frederick, Raymond Scott Jr. and Ezra Scott-Frederick; her sisters, April Washington, Rhonda Frederick and Heidi Koob; and her nieces and nephews, Isiah Frederick, Tyresha Frederick, Derek Frederick, Alysia Frederick and Angel Koob.

Visitation was held on Sunday, April 14th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Jones Kenney Zechman Funeral Home (1002 E High St, Springfield, OH 45505).
