She was predeceased by : her husband Thomas H. Busch. She is survived by : her sons, Thomas Busch (Shannon) and Timothy Busch (Margaret); her grandchildren, Alexander, Nicole and Benjamin; and her brother Charles Rath (Susie). She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Carol's memory can be made to the Springfield Symphony Youth Orchestra and Education programs.
