She was predeceased by: her parents, John Howell and Mary Howell (Ninde); her children, Richard Carl Cording and Margaret Patricia Cording; and her grandson Christopher Phillips.
She is survived by: her daughter Susan Elizabeth Kaiser; her granddaughter Melissa M. Rice; her brother John W. Howell; her nieces, Lynise Rollins and Julie Richardson; her great-niece Jessica Crawford; her great-nephews, William Brewer and John Brewer; and her significant other Ron Kurth. She is also survived by great-great nieces, nephews and many cousins.
