She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Blazer and Mary Catherine Blazer (Welch); her husband Robert H. Vaughn; her brother John Blazer; and her brother-in-law Gene Vaughan.
She is survived by: her daughters, Regina Campbell (Duane) and Tina DeWine (Steve); her granddaughters, Brittanee Marcotte (Sam), Molly Mihaloew (Sara) and Kelly Geis (Sean); her great grandchildren, Emmie Geis and Myla Mihaloew; her brother Gary Blazer (Pat); and her siblings-in-law, James Vaughan (Jackie) and Gale Vaughan.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to United Senior Services.
