It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cecilia Eileen Swindler (Springfield, Ohio), born in Huntington, West Virginia, who passed away on March 17, 2022, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Earl and Willa Eileen Romine (Hatfield); and her husband David. She is survived by: her children, Frank Krueger and Sondra Rini; her grandson Matthew Rini; her brother Van Romine (Becky); her niece Lori Smoot (Jay); and her nephews, Ivan Romine (Mara) and Micah Romine (Sarah). She is also survived by 9 great-nieces and nephews.
