He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Blizard and Reba Blizard; his wife Susan Blizard (Anway); and his stepson Michael Cafeo. He is survived by: his son Christopher Blizard (Chaundra); his stepchildren, Mary Lou Swigert (Beth) and Mark Cafeo; his grandson Lance Bartee; his sisters, Carol Shaw (Blizard) and Cynthia Blizard of Columbus; his niece Tracey Walters (Shaw); his great-nephews, Tucker and Trent Walters; and his cousin Cherri Newel of Louisville, Kentucky..
