He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Clayton and Jean Graham; his brothers, Michael and David Graham; and his granddaughter Jessica.

He is survived by: his children, Charles Graham Jr. (Lois) of Springfield, James Graham (Clifftina) of Springfield, Faith Vandegraft of Cincinnati, Donna "Sis" Graham of Springfield and Holly Watkins of Springfield; his siblings, Randy Graham (Jeane) of Springfield, Rick Graham of Springfield, Cathy Sarven (Larry) of Springfield and Lisa Graham of Springfield; and his nephews, Michael and Derek Graham. He is also survived by several great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
