He is survived by: his daughters, Roxanne Welch (Jim) and Rhonda Nave (John); his grandchildren, Christine Neltner (Jeff), Carolyn Wyse (Mark), Courtney Welch, Corrinne Millsap (Jon), Curtis Welch (Sidney), Joshua Harris (Jen), Jason Harris (Lindsey), Matthew Nave, Tyler Hobbs and Stefanie Hobbs; his great grandchildren, Izabella, Roxanne, Sam, Anne Marie, Aubrey, Anna, Ella, Kenzie, Grace, Dylan, Tucker and Althea; his great great grandchild Willow; his son-in-law Greg Hobbs; and his uncle Rex Davis (Frances).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Ohio State Parks Foundation.
