He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Scurlock and Della Scurlock (Thompson); the mother of his children Vickie Scurlock; his brother Thomas Scurlock Sr.; his nephew Thomas Scurlock Jr.; and his sister Kathy Davis.
He is survived by: his children, Mike, Randy (Heaven), John, Jeffery, Angela and Shari; Robyn.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Littleton & Rue Funeral Home and Crematory (830 N Limestone St, Springfield, OH 45503). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
