She was predeceased by: her parents, Maxine Lorraine Gaffin (Chatwood) and Marvin P. Gaffin; and her sister Vickie L. Miller (Gaffin). She is survived by: her husband James H. Ullom; her daughter Jamie; her son-in-law Tom Flynn; her granddaughter Taylor; her brother-in-law James Miller; and her nieces and nephews, Carrie Forman (Todd), Traci Faulkner (David), Chris Miller (Stephanie) and Kevin Crose.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Fraternal Order of Police Lodge #72 in Springfield, OH.
