She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph B. Clouse, Jr. and Virginia Clouse (Smock); her son Alex; and her brothers, Rick, Gerry and Jeff Clouse.
She is survived by: her husband Steven E.; her siblings, Randy Clouse, Debbie Bumgarner (Carl), Therese Talley and Patrick Clouse; and her siblings-in-law, Linda, Pam Clouse, Lana Johnson, Gary and David Paul. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
