He is survived by: his sons, Christopher "Kyle" Johnson and Zachary Johnson; his brother Timothy Johnson (Christine) of Vermont; his siblings-in-law, Deborah "Debbie Kay" Dixon (Larry), Deke Harkins (Angelica) and Michael "Mikey" Harkins (Jane); and his close friend Danielle Reffett (Billy). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews—and non-biological children.
