Puryear (Johnson); his father Edward Franklin Puryear; his stepson Antwain Johnson, Sr.; and his siblings, Calvin, Carl, David Puryear and Cynthia Puryear. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; one great-grandson; and several nieces and nephews.
