He was predeceased by: his mother Barbara Ann Siferd (Balmer). He is survived by: his father Joe P. Siferd; his wife Melissa Siferd (Patten); his son Derek; his daughter-in-law Melissa Siferd; his brothers, Jeffery (Debbie Siferd) and Terry Siferd (Rodney Siferd); and his close friends, Kevin Haney and Johnny Campbell. He is also survived by three nieces.
