He is survived by: his son Randy (Candace Rigsby) of Clatskanie; his grandchildren, Robin and McKenna of Oregon; and his siblings, Jimmie Rigsby (Sue) of Urbana, Mary Lou Tackett (Earl) of Salyersville, KY, Carrie Sue Phipps (Bobby) of Salyersville, KY and Joann Reed (Mark) of Sherman.
