She was predeceased by: her parents, John "Jack" Yontz and Frances Jean "BJ" Yontz (Burke); and her brothers, James and Joseph Yontz. She is survived by: her daughters, Jaclyn Shotsky (James) of Pataskala, OH, Kristen Creighton (Zach) of Galloway, OH and Shannon Israel (Uriel) of Lewis Center, OH; her grandchildren, Brendan Little, Allyson, Paisley Creighton, Kinleigh and Isla Israel; her brothers, John Yontz (Carol) and Chris Yontz (Marianne); her sister-in-law Carol Yontz; and her close friends, Jim Little and Jenny. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
