She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Walsh and Margarett Walsh (Heeg); her husband Lowell Shook; her brother Dr. James Walsh; and her nephew Matthew McCabe.
She is survived by: her sons, David Shook and Kenneth Shook (Lori); her granddaughter Rosemary; her siblings, Kathleen Walsh, Walter Walsh (Mike) and Thomas Walsh; and her friend Douglas Gibson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made in Connie's name to Oesterlen Services for Youth.
