He is survived by: his wife Julia A. Rice of Springfield, Ohio; his children, Kelli Smith (Jared) of Springfield, Ohio and William W. Allen Jr. (Phyllis) of Springfield, Ohio; his grandchildren, Cameron Diviak (Michaela) of Springfield, Chloe Diviak of Springfield, William Allen III of Springfield and Aiden Smith of Springfield; his great grandchild Elliana Diviak of Springfield; and his sisters, Carolyn Bultemeier and Marilyn Buchanan.
