He is survived by: his children, Dale Woodruff Jr. (Tamara), Katina Woodruff, Shaun Woodruff (Toni), Brian Woodruff and Jimmy Adkins (Amber); and his brother Rick Woodruff (Beth). He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
