He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Francis, Jessie Gilliland, Stanley and Evelyn; his aunts, JoAnna Belshe (Cullum) and Patsy Cullum; and his stepsister Lucinda "Cindy" Johnson.
He is survived by: his mother Barbara; his children, Noah, Dylan and Faith; his brothers, Stanley Cullum (Sondra), Michael Cullum (Amanda), Jeremiah Cullum (Catrina) and James Cullum (Monica); his mother-in-law Phillis Johnson; and his stepsiblings, Rob Johnson (Rebecca) and Bunny Coppock (Larry). He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, great nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Stanley Cullum or Barbara Johnson to help with funeral expenses.
