He is survived by: his children, Brittany Shane (Jason) and Courtney (David Wolfe); his stepchildren, Tammy Parks and Donnie Luttrell, Jr.; his siblings, Donald Rice, Donna Bonavina and Patti Mirra Hanover; his grandchildren, Kelly Lanham, Katie Miller, Matthew Lanham, Logan, Grace, Melody and Lydia; and his great grandchildren, Christopher and Kaylenne Lanham.
