He is survived by: his wife Joyce Shaw (Powers); his son David A. Shaw II; his siblings, Jim Shaw (Shirley), Terri Anderson (Mike), Leeanne Shaw, Regina Ferryman, Tom Shaw, Donald Ferryman, Terri Andrews (Bob), Tim McClain (Judy), Tammy Weidinger (Ken), Billy Shaw, Lynn Wheaton and Donald E. Ferryman; his cousins, Brian and Josh Long; and his stepmother Fran Daniels. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
