He is survived by: his children, Amber Shafer, Amanda Clark (Tyron), Samantha Clark (Dale), David Clark, Jr. (Michelle), Davon Clark (Savannah) and Dustin Clark; and his siblings, Evelyn Jacobs, Louise McCoy, George, Curtis and Willie Clark. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
