He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Harber and Nancy Harber; and his son D. Michael Harber II. He is survived by: his wife Debbie; his daughters, Michelle Blackburn (Mike) and Amy Canter (Jason); his sibling Kaci Harber; his grandchildren, Justin Fuerst, Nicole Fuller (Matt), Alex Sands (Cassie), Tyler Blackburn, Samantha Weidner (Austin), Taylor Ward (Brock) and Jessica McCune (Corbin); and his great grandchildren, Callan, Brixx, Hayden, Blair, Lettie, Dawson, Iris and Finley. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 10th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Chapman, Dunbar & Fraley Funeral Home (507 Jefferson St, New Carlisle, OH 45344). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 10th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
